Digital and Technical Content Manager
Thomas Telford is the knowledge business of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), creating specialist products and services for the civil engineering and construction markets. These include the bestselling NEC® suite of contracts and guides. We also provide a recruitment service with the ICE Recruit job board and technical training and accreditation for ICE members and those in the wider construction sector.
The Role:
Thomas Telford Ltd (TTL) is seeking a Digital and Technical Content Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing, developing, producing, and distributing our technical content across multiple platforms, as overseen by our Head of Content. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of our digital and technical content while supporting the TTL strategy and adhering to its vision and purpose. The role holder is expected to bring significant technical expertise to the team, as well as be the go-to person for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee content management, version control, naming, and digital filing relating to our digital platforms.
Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and drafters to create, update, edit, and QA digital and technical content related to NEC Contracts, including contracts, flowcharts, guides, articles, case studies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Training, to ensure Content alignment and maximize its impact across various channels and touchpoints.
