- Public speaking: confidence in welcoming guests into a meeting (exam) and reading out instructions to candidates as part of invigilation a written examination

The Role:
As a Reviews Executive (End Point Assessments), you'll play a pivotal role in administering the end-to-end processes for apprentices undertaking their End Point Assessments (EPAs). Reporting to the End Point Assessment Manager, you'll ensure seamless coordination and compliance with policies, providing outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide clear, accurate advice on End Point Assessments and membership pathways.
- Liaise with internal teams, employers, training providers and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication.
- Champion exceptional customer service through timely and precise guidance.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee EPA processes, including application handling, conflict resolution and issuing results.
- Assisting with administering online and in-person EPA’s, including invigilation of the Written Examination
- Manage assessment payments: invoice creation, payment tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain and create bespoke technical project briefs as needed.
- Monitor and update ICE systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
General Responsibilities:
- Travel to other UK regions to oversee EPA sessions when required.
- Assist in updating the ICE website and contribute to various membership activities.
- Identify and resolve process inconsistencies, recommending improvements.
Team Collaboration:
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, fostering a supportive environment.
- Support the Apprenticeship Lead with training provider sessions and other initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data analysis abilities.
- Proven experience in application processing, drafting documentation and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
