Privacy policy

The ICE Group is committed to protecting the privacy of its applicants. Any personal information captured on ICE websites is protected under the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is stored on a secure system.

Data maintained by ICE Group will be used confidentially for normal purposes, including short-listing of applications, invites to interviews and provision of further role information. As such, it may be securely passed between the HR department and recruiting managers.

ICE Group may also retain records to match to alternative suitable roles within the organisation.

B y applying for ICE vacancies, the following items of personal information may be stored:

• Your name, contact telephone number, address and email address
• Your telephone number(s)
• Your home address
• Your email address
• Your career history
• Your educational history and qualifications 

  If you do not log on to the recruitment portal for a period of six months, you will be notified that your account will be deleted. If you receive this email and you wish for your account to be re-activated, you will need to contact buildyourfuture@ice.org.uk .

If you wish for your details to be removed from our system this can be done either via the portal by clicking ‘My Account’ and then ‘Delete Account’ or contacting buildyourfuture@ice.org.uk .
